Dr Harrylal is a Medical Doctor. She also holds a Master of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.   She has experience in Aerospace engineering with a track record of advancing South Africa’s space capability through engineering leadership, rocket testing campaigns, and regulatory-focused design. She has experienced in launch operations, safety analysis, and biomedical engineering. Dr Harrylal is passionate about STEM advocacy, inclusive innovation, public outreach, and shaping ethical, sustainable space policy.
