Thokozile Jolisa

is the Assistant Director: Space Affairs and the Secretariat for SACSA. She holds a
BCOM degree in Management, obtained from UNISA in 2009 and the BCOM Hons in Business Management, obtained from UNISA in 2014.
She worked at the Intensive Infrastructure Support (IIS as the Trade and Industry Advisor and conducting research on investment opportunities and other related issues to assist local, foreign investors for marketing strategy; analyzing financial statements for companies applying for incentive grants; and evaluating applications for incentive grants: Critical Infrastructure Programme and Manufacturing Incentive Programme, Special Economic Zones projects and Cluster Development projects; doing presentations and recommendation at the Adjudication Committee for approval.
Her main duties at SACSA Secretariat are to coordinate all administration functions of the Unit; co-ordinate partnership and networking within the dtic and other government departments; conduct Space affairs research and analysis; and participate in developing and reviewing of Space Affairs policies and strategy.
