Mr Ngoetjana holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronic Engineering Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).

He worked for the following companies Hensoldt GEW – Senior Systems Engineer since October 2022 – present; previously at Sandock Austral Shipyards as Mission Systems Engineer from May 2018 – September 2022 and in various organisations. He served as Non-Executive Board Member at South African National Space Agency from September 2022 to date.
