Adv. Kealotswe-Matlou is an Advocate of the High Court. She possesses an LLB and LLM (Space Law). She served at the South African Air Force, Space Command Centre from Sept 2022 – March 2023, the South African Council for Space Affairs (SACSA) as a Council Member from 2019 to 2023, South African Space Agency (SANSA) as Non-Executive Director from 2018 to 2023.

She took a leading role in presiding in the capacity building programme in Space Law for African Region of Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Competition Adv is member of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL).
